Thank you for choosing Ten Of Cups Tarot reading services. I aim to provide an insightful and meaningful experience for you. Please review my return and refund policy carefully before purchase.  Purchasing a tarot read indicates that you have read and agreed to this document.

1. Tarot Reading Services:  All tarot readings purchased are considered final. As tarot readings are personalized and intangible services, I do not offer returns or exchanges once the service has been delivered. I encourage clients to ask any questions they may have before purchasing a reading to ensure clarity on the service and its nature.

2. Cancellations and Appointment Rescheduling:  If you need to cancel or reschedule your tarot reading appointment, I require at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your appointment, and a fill refund be issued. I appreciate your understanding in this matter as it allows me to accommodate all of my clients.

3. Quality Assurance:  I take pride in delivering high-quality tarot readings. If you believe there was an error in the interpretation or if you are dissatisfied with the service, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the reading, to discuss. I will review your concerns and, at my discretion, may offer a partial refund or a complimentary follow-up consultation.

4. Refund Process:  Refund requests must be submitted in writing to elsie@tenofcupstarot.com . Please include your name, date of service, type of reading ordered and a detailed explanation of the reason you feel a refund is the best course of action. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-business days and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

5. Non-Delivery of Service:  In the rare event that I am unable to fulfill your tarot reading due to unforeseen circumstances, I will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the appointment.

6. Modifications to the Policy:  I reserve the right to modify or update this return and refund policy at any time without notice to the client. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website. It is the responsibility of the client to review the policy periodically.
